JerryScript, punkmaxx, MarMed10, Centinel, mustafu, crpeck, El Schisne, BobZhome, takehull, rb64, yogi4, mrg666, asadullah, szfinland, Ostrich Egg, wilberfan, Whyzor, ejlmd, Centinel, nemo3, and pandacookie. Big thanks also go Jerry, Leslie, Bob, Gannon, and Rauf for all sorts of things like kernels, OTA updates, build boxes, and the like.Īnd, as always thanks to at least the following folks for financial support: Because XDA doesn't hide links, I've updated the first post there (you can even use a search engine to find it, something that the AC crew doesn't seem to favor), and there's now a functional Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich port thanks in large part to Tom Marshall. The wiki has moved to a slightly different location. Time has passed, faces changed, and progress marches on. The final slap in the face was that webosnation (part of the "happy" androidcentral family) requires passwords so complicated that people will invariably write them down (insecure) or just forget them. Hiding links behind user registration is frustrating and means that search engines cannot index key information, requiring people to watch flash based ads in order to sign up is just bush league stuff. Recently registering for an account on webosnation drove this point home. I grew tired of the hoops that the site moderators wanted me to jump through in order to obtain "recognized" developer status (as the code, apparently, does not speak for itself). It's not a developer or user friendly site, and does not further my goal of sharing information. Note: I've stopped checking androidcentral. IHO unofficial CyanogenMod is a port of the CyanogenMod ROM to the Optimus V and S (hopefully the C, M, U, and Vortex will follow). ![]()
