This will open the window, where for now you don’t need to change anything and just press Accept. To get ready this figure for transfer you need to follow the path “ Scripts > Bridges > Blender > Daz to Blender” with the character selected. Go up to thr very top of the screen where it says “Scripts” I had a Genesis 8 male figure already in the 3D viewport. Now go back to Daz Studio which you should still have opened. The bridge should show up in the modeling screen on the right of the 3D viewport. Find the “Armature: DazToBlender one and click on the box so that it is filled. There will be a drop-down list of all of your available add-ons are. Go to the screen where you can find “Tool” and click on it. The add-on is called “Armature: DazToBlender” “C :\Users\*YourUsername*\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\DAZ 3D Add-ons\.Ĭlick on it and it will be added to your add-ons in Blender. In Blender you go to “Edit>Preferences>add-ons then go to “install” and from there you have to go into your C drive to find it. (You can send multiple figures, poses, scenes, props, clothes and hair for them too). You can only, send, as far as I know, Genesis 3 or 8 figures to Blender with this bridge. It was right in front of me all the time, right up at the top. I had a little trouble at first finding it in Daz after installing it with the Daz Install Manager, as there’s 2 places called “Scripts”. Daz has a free plug-in for bridging from Daz Studio to Blender, so I added a Genesis 8 male figure where I had added a Bodybuilder morph to it.
